Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2 years), with a typing speed of 40 WPM, excellent organizational, communication, phone, and writing skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a passion for good design with attention to detail. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe Suite and One Note is required, along with knowledge of iSeries 870, CRM, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite products, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, and Datatrak is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The Creative Tech will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and state compliance of electronic and paper documents, processing orders, and taking inbound calls regarding the department’s responsibilities. This role involves conferring with account executives, account managers, and clients to collect and implement requirements set by the State Attorney General/Consumer Affairs Office, building and maintaining electronic documents in Datatrak, cross-training with product implementation employees, providing updates on template and order delivery status, and contributing to product development discussions while staying current on all ABC products and attending training sessions.
