Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with an equivalent experience accepted. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus, and 7+ years of experience in IT architecture and system design are required. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar customer data platforms for at least 3 years is essential, along with proficiency in data modeling tools such as SQL, Python, and R, and a solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Responsibilities

The Sr Staff IT Architect will lead and support the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Customer Data Platform and Experience Cloud services, while designing, managing, and implementing data integration strategies to unify customer profiles. They will develop segmentation strategies using customer data and analytics to deliver personalized customer experiences, utilizing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques. Furthermore, the role involves designing and implementing personalized experiences based on behavioral data, measuring and optimizing campaign performance, providing training and technical support to internal teams, and collaborating with marketing teams, data scientists, and business analysts to align on business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.
