We are seeking a Creative Cloud Sales Specialist (Digital Media) to focus on selling, growing, and renewing customers within our Corporate business organization. This role involves multichannel and outbound activities, engaging with mid-level and executive decision-makers to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. This is a fast-growing market with significant sales potential.

Requirements

  • 5 years of successful sales closing experience, preferably in B2B software.
  • Consistent achievement of quota.
  • Proven application of value skills selling at all levels of customer engagement.
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with MS Office Suite and CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on selling Creative Cloud Gen AI solutions and additional cross-sell products to the existing Corporate customer base.
  • Spend time with customers in the field and at events to understand their challenges and educate them on Adobe’s position in the market.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through outbound activity (customer outreach and contract follow-up).
  • Deal qualification & contract negotiation, focusing on solution selling and adding customer value.
  • Articulate the Creative Cloud solutions and benefits to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Accurately forecast and lead pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis, maintaining accurate reporting in a CRM tool.
  • Build and develop relationships with Adobe’s partner ecosystem.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with current and prospective clients.
  • Engage with C-level contacts within all named accounts.
  • Innovate creatively to seek problems and address business needs.
  • Maintain an organized and prioritized workload.
  • Display tenacity in the face of challenges.

  • Compensation: The U.S. pay range for this position is $192,400 - $310,000 annually (Total Target Compensation - TTC). Pay varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Sales roles starting salaries are expressed as TTC (base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
