Responsibilities

They will assess issues, troubleshoot problems with software applications, recommend corrective actions, submit requests for product changes, and apply knowledge of the CDK case resolution process. Furthermore, the role involves providing customer service, remote support, and working in a team environment to assist colleagues, prioritizing duties and providing other ad hoc support as assigned.
