Candidates should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and strong PC skills with proficiency in Windows and IOS environments are preferred. Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads is also required, along with the ability to document, track, and monitor issues to timely resolution.
The Assoc Technical Support Analyst will receive inbound client/associate inquiries via various channels, create case logs, establish resolution times, and follow up on issues while escalating complex matters as needed. They will assess issues, troubleshoot problems with software applications, recommend corrective actions, submit requests for product changes, and apply knowledge of the CDK case resolution process. Furthermore, the role involves providing customer service, remote support, and working in a team environment to assist colleagues, prioritizing duties and providing other ad hoc support as assigned.
