The Creative Strategist will serve as the creative leader, generating fresh ideas and new angles for growth advertising based on industry experience and ad research. They will lead team creative brainstorm sessions, craft detailed briefs for new ad concepts and optimizations, manage the production process from brief to delivery, leveraging internal creative and compliance teams. The role also involves building and maintaining a pipeline of creative testing, owning the UGC creative process, and developing a comprehensive testing roadmap to drive data-driven innovation while remaining attuned to consumer and industry trends.
