Candidates should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand and marketing design, a collaborative approach to working with marketing, product, and engineering teams, and experience building scalable design systems and templates. Proficiency in Figma is required, with familiarity with illustration or 3D rendering tools such as Spline or Blender being a plus, along with copywriting ability and instincts, and the ability to create scalable templates and systems.
The Marketing Designer will lead key acquisition and growth-focused design initiatives, including designing and launching new landing pages for credit card products, refreshing existing landing pages to reflect new product lines, developing modular templates for scalability, providing creative support for ongoing product launches and refinements, leading creative direction and asset design for digital marketing campaigns, creating static display ads and paid social creative, and defining and documenting marketing-specific visual guidelines, including illustration and photography styles, templates, color usage, and overall visual tone for marketing efforts.
