Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in creative production, brand operations, or integrated project management at an agency, brand, or publisher, demonstrating a strong understanding of creative workflows and project execution. They should also have experience navigating internal approvals across various departments such as GTM, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

The Associate Creative Producer, Partnerships will collaborate with Creative Strategists to bring partnerships from idea to execution, serving as the operational lead on all The Rewards Lab campaigns, ensuring clarity, accountability, and creative integrity. This role involves managing the full campaign lifecycle, from feasibility to retrospective, building and maintaining scalable systems to support cross-functional speed and clarity, and championing process excellence while fostering creativity. Additionally, the role requires transitioning concepts from pitch to production, leading internal workback planning, deck builds, asset creation, and platform setup, and acting as a quarterback across teams including The Rewards Lab, GTM, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure smooth and efficient delivery from kick-off to recap.
