The Associate Creative Producer, Partnerships, is a key cross-functional role responsible for translating creative concepts into actionable plans and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns within "The Rewards Lab." This role acts as a liaison between creative vision and operational reality, managing both pre-sale and post-sale phases of partnership programs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to bring partnership ideas to life.
  • Serve as the operational lead for all The Rewards Lab campaigns, ensuring clarity, accountability, and creative integrity.
  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial feasibility assessment to post-campaign retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable systems to enhance cross-functional speed and clarity.
  • Codify best practices, timelines, and templates to support scalable testing.
  • Promote process excellence while preserving creative freedom.

Pre-Sale Responsibilities

  • Evaluate early-stage ideas for feasibility, timing, and scope.
  • Manage internal approvals across Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance departments.
  • Align stakeholders early in the process to minimize downstream challenges.
  • Ensure all pitches are based on practical and executable strategies.

Post-Sale Responsibilities

  • Transition concepts from pitch to production, defining clear roles, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead internal workback planning, deck creation, asset development, and platform setup.
  • Coordinate efforts across various teams, including The Rewards Lab, GTM, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth delivery of campaigns from kickoff to recap.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, brand operations, or integrated project management within an agency, brand, or publisher environment.
