Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of experience in creative roles, ideally with a focus on growth/performance marketing, and a bonus of experience with CPG or subscription brands. A strong portfolio of high-performing creative across channels, particularly paid social and digital, is required, along with a proven track record of scaling creative strategy through testing and optimization. Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience managing creative teams or freelancers, are necessary, alongside a deep understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and conversion best practices. Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or motion design tools is also required, along with a collaborative, curious, and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

The Growth Creative Lead will develop and lead the creative strategy for all growth marketing campaigns, create and oversee the production of performance-driven content across various channels, collaborate with performance marketers and other teams to deliver compelling creative assets, hold weekly meetings with stakeholders to develop new concepts, collaborate with media buying teams to ensure alignment, use data and insights to inform creative decisions, rapidly test new concepts, iterate based on results, develop creative briefs, and continuously audit and refine creative processes to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
