Responsibilities

As a Senior Video Editor, you will lead and innovate by managing junior editors, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and creative execution standards. You will develop high-converting ad creatives, organic social content, and brand storytelling videos, optimizing them for key performance metrics. Collaboration with the Creative and Performance Marketing teams will be essential for translating ideas into compelling video content, and you will experiment with trends and best practices to maximize engagement and conversion. Furthermore, you will conduct A/B testing, analyze past performance, and ensure brand consistency and creative excellence through quality control and optimization.
