Requirements

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in creative software and tools relevant to design and content creation.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction & Project Management:
    • Lead and manage creative projects from concept through execution.
    • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
    • Oversee the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects.
    • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
    • Collaborate with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines, content goals, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Supervise and inspire a team of creative professionals (designers, copywriters, and project managers).
    • Recruit, train, and develop team leads and managers.
    • Foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Brand Management & Collaboration:
    • Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all platforms and materials.
    • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Understand their vision and translate it into compelling creative outputs.
  • Participation:
    • Participate in social events, corporate events, and workshops to stay connected with industry trends.
    • Enhance brand presence.
