Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the medical device industry. Strong sales skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors are essential.
The CRDN_Technical Sales Representative will promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within assigned territories, develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, pursue leads, assess customer needs, provide product services, conduct market research, implement market development plans, communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and drive adoption and penetration within assigned accounts. They will also contribute to the development of sales goals and strategies, and influence internal and external contacts regarding policies and procedures.
