Candidates typically require a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 8 years and an advanced degree, or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of the territory is necessary, and familiarity with RF, Wireless, IoT, and Power Technologies is expected.
The Technical Field Sales Representative will engage with customers across the bay area to create demand for Richardson RFPD products, building and maintaining influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. Key responsibilities include driving new opportunities, utilizing distribution/rep/supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales, and driving supplier and customer engineering relationships at multiple levels. They will also manage customer accounts, create selling opportunities, and execute on solution selling through a working knowledge of Richardson RFPD’s supply chain solutions and design processes.
