As a Technical Field Sales Representative for Richardson RFPD in the San Jose market, you will engage with customers across the bay area to create demand for the company’s suppliers’ products. Requirements

  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as an expert within own discipline and guide others in resolving complex issues.
  • Training & Mentoring: Train and mentor junior staff.
  • Supplier Engagement: Attend supplier training events to keep up-to-date on product knowledge.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain supplier databases and keep design registration information accurate.
