Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry. Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts and work independently with limited supervision is essential.
The Senior Technical Sales Representative will promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within a designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies, pursuing leads, assessing customer needs, providing product services, conducting market research, implementing market development plans, and communicating customer feedback to internal stakeholders. Additionally, they will secure and maintain product distributions, drive adoption and penetration in accounts, and contribute to the development of sales goals and planning efforts.
