Strong sales and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
The Senior Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic’s products and services within a designated territory, building relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, identifying customer needs, and providing product services to maximize customer value. They will conduct market research, implement sales strategies, communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and contribute to the development of sales plans and goals.
