Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for account management or business development roles. Strong sales skills, particularly in solution selling and territory management, are essential, along with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Experience with contract negotiation and understanding competitive landscapes is also desired.
The Corporate & Specialty Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize profitable revenue and increase the customer base within assigned territories, utilizing enhanced solution selling and territory management capabilities. This includes proactively managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, proposing and implementing plans, monitoring competitive landscape, and meeting growth objectives. The role involves travel, evening work for educational programs, and collaborating with team members to implement strategic growth initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and drive product pull-through.
