As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential acquisition targets, building and maintaining target lists, managing and optimizing the deal flow tracking system, conducting initial screening of targets, assisting in building financial models and valuation analyses, supporting due diligence process, assisting in drafting business documents, and creating periodic reports on pipeline activity and deal progress, as well as monitoring industry trends and providing regular updates to the team.
