Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in platform management, including leadership roles with direct responsibility for teams and platform strategy, and deep hands-on expertise with HealthRules Payer is required. Proven success in leading complex optimization initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Core Platform Lead will oversee the stability, performance, and strategic direction of the core platform systems, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of platform analysts and engineers. They will define and execute the long-term vision for core platform systems, troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, partner with senior leadership and stakeholders, drive platform enhancements and implementations, monitor system health, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS, ACA, etc. Additionally, they will guide the development of performance monitoring reports and dashboards, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
