Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct direction. They should also have at least one year of sales experience, along with preferred experience in MBO systems, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, including welcoming clients, opening connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and responding to client needs and concerns promptly. They will also maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones, all while contributing to a positive client experience and meeting monthly sales quota.
