Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive client experience with professionalism and patience. Responsibilities include bringing the CORE acronym to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections, recognizing efforts, and educating them about offers, as well as interacting with clients to obtain and address information on their needs and expectations, maintaining product knowledge, performing system tasks, assisting with daily operations, notifying management of complaints, addressing maintenance issues, following up with client lists, responding to client emails, and alerting coaches about client milestones.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles.
