Commercial Account Executive

Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have at least one year of sales experience and prior experience with MBO systems, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, including welcoming clients, promoting the studio, generating sales, and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience. They will regularly interact with clients, assess their needs and expectations, respond to requests effectively, maintain product knowledge, perform system tasks, assist with daily operations, communicate studio issues and events, and follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas. Additionally, they will address maintenance issues, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones.
