Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio. They should also have at least one year of sales experience and prior experience with MBO systems, along with a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for bringing [solidcore]’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts in class, milestones, and achievements, and educating them about offers and thanking them for coming. They will regularly interact with clients to obtain, assess, and address information on client needs and expectations, respond to client requests and concerns promptly, maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
