Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and the ability to walk through all areas of the studio. They should also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours, and have at least one year of sales experience preferred, along with MBO experience preferred.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for bringing [solidcore]’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts in class, milestones, and achievements, and educating about offers and thanking them for coming. They will regularly interact with clients, obtain and assess information on client needs and expectations, respond to client requests and concerns promptly and effectively, maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks, assist the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations, notify the Head Coach Community Manager and/or studio management team of complaints or grievances, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones and set up the celebration board.
