Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of experience, along with at least one year of Marketing/Sales/Retail experience, and preferably two or more years. Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry experience is highly preferred, and a basic understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention is beneficial. Knowledge of performance athletic footwear, sport bras, apparel, and accessories, along with their related technologies, is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Brooks Guru, you will lead field support efforts for Brooks at Specialty and Big Box accounts within the territory, supporting Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, merchandising, and grassroots programs. You will collaborate on National Account sell-through programs, educate retail associates and runners about Brooks products, represent Brooks at running events, complete field notes and provide product feedback, and manage a product seeding and corporate card budget. Additionally, you will feature in product videos and maintain a company vehicle and equipment.
