We are seeking a contract Associate Creative Director to scale the creative direction of our brand across all of our marketing channels. As a lead designer within a dynamic, fast-paced design team, you will craft innovative, compelling, and transformative creative approaches that elevate the customer experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a strong track record of execution in brand design, marketing, and visual design. This role involves hands-on work and delegation to designers, animators, and copywriters.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience crafting branded marketing experiences.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio reflecting a demonstrated ability to craft impactful creative based on customer personas and leveraging channel best practices.
  • AI Proficiency: Experience utilizing AI tools to generate ideas and design assets, and to automate parts of the creative process.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to take a project from early marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and creative briefs to effective storyboards, creative strategies, and unified solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Create compelling product positioning and value props tailored to our core audiences.
  • Copywriting: Develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for various marketing channels, including social media, web, video, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing managers, product teams, and designers to create content that supports business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance content generation, streamline workflows, and optimize messaging for various channels.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to craft persuasive and effective copy.
  • Brand Consistency: Assist in defining and refining brand voice and messaging guidelines, ensuring consistency across all content.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Optimization: Adapt content strategies based on A/B testing, SEO best practices, and performance data.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high creative standards.
  • A/B Testing: Partner with channel marketing leads and user research to establish on-going a/b testing of copy for channels and audiences.
