Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Amplitude, or AppsFlyer is required, along with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and formulate hypotheses. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with marketing and development teams, attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach are also necessary. Experience in FinTech, understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, and familiarity with data visualization tools are considered bonus points.
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will conduct in-depth post-click funnel analysis to identify user bottlenecks and churn points, utilizing analytical tools to investigate drop-off reasons and reporting critical findings to stakeholders. They will generate and propose innovative ideas to improve conversion rates across various user touchpoints, formulating clear and measurable experiment designs with defined hypotheses and metrics. This role involves close collaboration with the development team to implement A/B tests, managing AI optimization tools, and analyzing test results to drive further optimization. The specialist will also adapt landing pages for new offers, analyze the effectiveness of advertising bundles, and participate in formulating hypotheses to improve creative, offer, and landing page interactions. Maintaining a detailed log of all tests and creating clear reports with key findings and recommendations are also key responsibilities.
