Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across multiple platforms and a bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. They should be able to contribute to initiatives aligning with business objectives, tackle complex design challenges using user-centered principles, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Experience in providing informal mentorship to junior designers and identifying potential design risks is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will evolve Zoom Contact Center products by translating strategy into impactful design solutions and applying user-centered design principles to interaction and visual design. They will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure thoughtful implementation, create design documentation, and conduct user research activities such as usability testing and journey mapping to inform design decisions. Additionally, they will provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers and proactively raise potential design or user experience risks to leads.
