The Conversation Designer will own the conversation design for AI Agents, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions. This role involves working with customers to discover needs, building and editing AI Agents on the Replicant platform, and partnering with engineers to develop requirements and ensure system integration. Responsibilities include developing intent taxonomies to improve Natural Language Understanding, using analytics to measure and improve conversational outcomes, and evaluating new features for AI Agents.
