Requirements

Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, with a strong focus on sales agreements. They must be able to analyze global sales contracts such as Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities

The Contracts Manager will review, redline, and negotiate sales contracts, escalating critical issues to stakeholders as needed. They will collaborate with company attorneys to ensure contracts align with current legal and compliance requirements and partner cross-functionally to expedite deals through the sales cycle. Responsibilities include enhancing and applying playbooks, policies, and processes for contract consistency and conformance, managing contract operations and workflow, and providing general assistance on contracts-related matters to the legal team.
