Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of contracting experience, with significant experience using Ironclad for workflow configuration, template development, repository management, and reporting. Strong analytical and prioritization skills, knowledge of commercial contracting principles, and project management experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Ironclad, and Docusign is necessary. Bonus qualifications include knowledge of legal technology, legal technology implementation experience beyond Ironclad, experience at high-growth companies, and experience supporting procurement teams for large-scale development projects.

Responsibilities

The Contract Manager will support Oklo's growing procurement processes by reviewing and negotiating procurement agreements, and training product and engineering teams on contracting basics. Responsibilities include managing Oklo's contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad), building and configuring workflows, managing templates, reviewing various agreements, managing contract execution and the contract repository, developing playbooks for redlining and negotiation, and providing trainings and self-service resources. The role also involves serving as an escalation point for contracting questions across the organization.
