Responsibilities

The Contract Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across key organizational functions to scale their teams, advising them on search strategy from initial role intake to closing. They will collaborate with Sourcers and Coordinators to own the full-cycle recruiting process, utilizing data to make tactical decisions and improve the overall search process. Furthermore, they will work with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) sourcing strategy aligned with company objectives, and follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and ensuring optimal hiring decisions.
