Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within defense tech, cybersecurity, or government-facing SaaS companies, and a solid understanding of clearance levels such as TS/SCI or Secret. They must also demonstrate proven success in sourcing for DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, platform, and/or cybersecurity engineering roles, along with strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches. U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

The Contract Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in DevSecOps, secure platform infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering positions requiring security clearance, partnering with engineering and product leadership to shape role definitions and interview processes. They will proactively source and engage passive candidates with experience in government contracting and cleared environments, screen candidates for technical and clearance qualifications, and maintain data integrity within the Ashby ATS. Furthermore, the recruiter will ensure an exceptional candidate experience, contribute to process improvements, and support employer branding within defense and security hiring channels.
