Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience directly sourcing candidates at Director and VP levels across Sales and Engineering for enterprise-focused technology organizations, demonstrating a track record of taking ownership and directly sourcing top-of-funnel candidates across multiple business areas both tech and non-tech. Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with courage, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, change-oriented environment. Strong working knowledge of Ashby is a major bonus, and a natural curiosity for the AI industry, specifically around cutting-edge research within the NLP space is required.

Responsibilities

As a Contract Talent Sourcer and Recruiter, the individual will build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class Sales Leadership and Engineering talent by utilizing a range of sourcing techniques and creative sourcing strategies. They will support hiring across all levels and functions in the business, partner with talent partners and hiring managers/interview teams, developing effective direct sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals, and keep up-to-date with the talent market and industry insights. Furthermore, the role involves initiating and taking ownership of exciting talent projects, managing the candidate experience from cold outreach to full cycle, and developing strong relationships with candidates, ultimately contributing to the scaling of a high-growth AI start-up with some of the greatest minds in the industry.
