Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/process-driven role, along with a strong understanding of GTM processes including lead management, sales stages, and routing logic. Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and project management tools such as Notion or Linear is required, as is excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail and clarity. Experience with process mapping tools like Miro is a plus, and familiarity with tools like marketing automation software, PlanHat, LinkedSquares, RevenueHero, or Gong is preferred. Experience as a Salesforce system administrator with Lightning UX is also desired.
The Contract Rev Ops Analyst will map, document, and continuously improve key revenue processes across the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization. They will own and maintain process documentation to ensure internal alignment and transparency, partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Systems to scope and implement operational improvements, manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, support and improve lead/account routing logic and workflows, help with territory planning and account ownership within the CRM, conduct process audits, identify opportunities for automation and scalability, collaborate with RevOps leadership to align operational efforts, assist in the creation of SOPs, training materials, and enablement documentation, monitor system usage, data accuracy, and process adherence, and work with systems administrators to implement updates and workflows. The role may also involve supporting the team with Deals Desk responsibilities and processes.
