A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices and the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics are also necessary.
The Contract Member Care Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles within the Care Operations and Member Care teams, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advising on compensation, and reporting on recruitment metrics.
