Position Overview

Included Health is seeking a strategic Member Care Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential in helping us scale our Care Operations and Member Care teams by recruiting top talent across a range of high-volume roles. The Member Care Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.


Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within the Care Operations and Member Care teams, including:
    • Member Care Advocate
    • Connected Care Assistant
    • Member Experience Specialist
    • Claims Support Coordinator
  • Source, identify, and engage top talent using creative and effective sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring efficient hiring processes to meet the staffing needs of Care Operations and Member Care.
  • Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting our commitment to service excellence, inclusion, and member satisfaction.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on both active and passive job seekers.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance workflows, refine processes, and improve recruitment efficiencies for high-volume hiring.
  • Partner with Care Operations and Member Care hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team culture.
  • Advise hiring managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate offer details to ensure successful offer acceptances.
  • Report on recruitment metrics, pipeline data, and performance data to share insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, within customer service, care operations, member care, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and prioritizing in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and engaging diverse candidate pools, including passive candidates.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
