Requirements

Candidates should have a strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and their relation to product design, with a proven track record of working directly with CEO and leadership teams in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated experience with fast-paced product launches, ideally at early-stage startups, and a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to launch are required. Proficiency in modern design tools, preferably Figma, experience designing for web applications and responsive interfaces, and an understanding of design systems and brand guidelines are essential. Bonus qualifications include experience with coaching, learning & development, or professional development tools.

Responsibilities

The Contract Designer will create marketing materials for product rollouts, including landing pages, presentations, and promotional assets. They will address UI bugs and implement improvements for a seamless user experience, and support go-to-market design needs and launch strategy execution. Responsibilities also include designing new features and improvements for the AI coaching platform, collaborating with the product team, CEO, and leadership on design reviews and strategic decisions, and supporting build and launch execution with design specifications and assets. Additionally, the designer will provide rapid prototyping and testing support, execute meeting follow-ups and design iterations with quick turnaround times, and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
