  • Comfortable working iteratively: You know how to scope design so your small, cross-functional team can deliver impact on schedule
  • Detail oriented: You notice the small things and care about getting every pixel, state, and interaction just right
  • An enthusiastic collaborator: you know how to build cross-disciplinary support in order to achieve exceptional experiences
  • Data-driven: You leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and explain your decisions
  • A motivated Product Designer: You understand the craft and are always working toward improving your interaction and visual design skills
  • Perpetually curious: You’re passionate about new technologies, industry trends, and relevant artifacts

Your experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in product design
  • Experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android)
  • Experience contributing to design system component libraries and style guide documentation
  • Proficiency with Figma and its library features like components, tokens, and variables
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Ability to utilize research and data to drive design decisions
