Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or a similar customer-facing role with a technical SaaS product. A strong comfort level communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly developers and marketers, is essential. Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, logic flows, and templating languages such as Liquid is required, and fluency in French, Russian, or Spanish is a bonus. Experience in SaaS, ideally with marketing automation or related platforms, is also sought.
The Contract Customer Success Manager will manage the onboarding and implementation for a portfolio of customers, acting as the project manager from kickoff to go-live. This role involves hosting transition and planning calls, partnering with customers to create and execute effective campaigns and workflows, and serving as the first point of contact for dedicated support and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include proactively following up with customers to ensure they are on track for renewal, advising on best practices for campaign design and integrations, and supporting contract renewals by ensuring customers are healthy and engaged.
