Responsibilities

Analyze the performance of PicCollage content (templates, stickers, backgrounds, fonts, image effects etc.)
Identify opportunities to optimize content curation and propose strategies that increase user engagement and subscription conversions
Work with User Research to guide data-driven decision making
Lead and manage content initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product and marketing goals
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to launch and evaluate content improvements
Stay current with cultural moments, pop culture trends, and seasonal events, especially in the US market, to inform curation decisions
Proactively recommend new content themes that resonate with users and reflect emerging market trends
