Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively with SMEs, internal stakeholders, and content partners
Natural affinity for gaining deep expertise and becoming a subject matter expert in Veeva’s commercial product suite

Responsibilities

Be a product evangelist and develop subject matter expertise for Veeva Commercial product suite of applications
Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and roadmap direction
Apply adult learning theory to the design of engaging training experiences and the development of associated learning assets
Use modern authoring tools to build, deploy, and update courses and supporting materials in appropriate interactive formats (instructor-led, video, e-learning, hands-on labs, and assessments)
Translate complex technical subjects into clear and concise materials
Work autonomously and collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal stakeholders, and content partners
Contribute to ongoing training content development and updates
