Responsibilities

  • Be a product evangelist and develop subject matter expertise for Veeva Commercial product suite of applications
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and roadmap direction
  • Apply adult learning theory to the design of engaging training experiences and the development of associated learning assets
  • Use modern authoring tools to build, deploy, and update courses and supporting materials in appropriate interactive formats (instructor-led, video, e-learning, hands-on labs, and assessments)
  • Translate complex technical subjects into clear and concise materials
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal stakeholders, and content partners
  • Contribute to ongoing training content development and updates
