Requirements

The candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT processes and operational consulting, with a focus on a consultative approach. Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies, optimization, automation, and associated regulations within IT environments is required. Experience directly working with clients, providing IT operational process consulting is also necessary. Strong analytical skills, the ability to design and implement innovative solutions, and familiarity with IT process management tools (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.) are essential. Effective communication skills, both with clients and internal teams, are required, along with strategic thinking and the ability to adapt technological solutions to client needs. Experience in creating digital transformation roadmaps, and certifications such as ITIL, BPMN, Lean IT, Six Sigma, COBIT, or similar, are highly valued. Intermediate English proficiency is also needed.

Responsibilities

This role involves analyzing and understanding client operational processes from a technological perspective, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. The consultant will design and implement operational and technological improvements that align IT strategy with client business objectives. They will serve as a point of reference for best practices and innovative solutions in IT processes, proposing creative and efficient approaches to complex technological challenges. The consultant will work closely with development and business teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable. They will accompany the client in defining their digital roadmap, ensuring the successful implementation of proposed improvements. Analysis of the impact of proposed improvements and adjustments will be performed, evaluating their effectiveness in client performance. Training client teams on best operational practices and the efficient use of technological tools is also a key responsibility.
