Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of Business Development or Partnerships experience within an Enterprise SaaS company, GSI, or MCF/MBB organization. A proven track record of generating services revenue streams with GSI and MCF/MBB partners is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills for professional presentation and interaction with partners, customers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
This role involves developing and managing alliances with GSI and MCF/MBB partners to understand their business goals, needs, and joint value propositions, maintaining relationships at executive levels and driving a co-sell motion. It includes identifying, recruiting, and training new MCF/MBB partners, defining engagement strategies for GSI accounts, managing the deal pipeline, collaborating with partner teams to provide training and resources, developing partner programs, and aligning partner strategies with company objectives. Furthermore, the role requires establishing and managing Glean’s GSI/MCF/MBB partnerships strategy globally, particularly in North America.
