Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or technical support
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with enterprise clients
Ability to manage both technical and customer-facing responsibilities
Understanding of modern software architectures, deployment, and operations
Experience with at least one programming language (Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js, etc.)
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Comfort with Linux environments (Windows tuning is a plus)
Ability to work on-site at ICICI's Mumbai headquarters or travel to the location regularly
Fluency in English
Candidates who have completed their tradecraft period (or onboarding/training ramp-up period for consulting roles) will be given strong preference

Responsibilities

Solve technical challenges and guide MongoDB deployments and integrations
Plan and execute consulting tasks with minimal supervision
Work closely with architects, developers, and operations teams
Deliver customer training and support for implementation success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
