Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects, specifically in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect. They should also have at least 1 year of experience with CRM implementation, alongside demonstrated experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations. Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

As a Consultant, the individual will participate in and lead business process due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and existing customer CRM application implementation projects. They will assist in delivering Veeva Systems solution implementations built on the Vault platform, manage migrations of Veeva customer environments from SFDC to Vault, and lead client workshops and meetings utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills in required languages. Furthermore, the role involves providing Subject Matter Expertise to customers and partners, offering guidelines and best practices, and coaching Consultants or Junior resources.
