Experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role (preferred)
Software or IT background (i.e., degree or experience) (preferred)
Direct experience with software development, testing and/or business analysis (preferred)
Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology (preferred)
Seasoned, experienced professional with full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues creatively (journey-level position)
Ability to work on problems of diverse scope, analyze data, demonstrate good judgment in methods/techniques, and network with senior internal/external personnel
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instruction

Provide direction to product development and overall process of the product and services function
Build products and services from existing ideas and develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers/prospects
Increase profitability of existing products/services and develop new solutions to advance business objectives and client needs
Build strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development, vendors, senior management, and key customers
Manage product launch strategies in accordance with the project playbook and primary measure(s)
Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams
Understand the scope and operational/systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch
Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements
Recommend strategies, processes, and solutions for operational impacts
Create operational process and workflow documentation
