Candidates should have a scientific background and/or a degree from a business school or university, with 5 to 8 years of experience in market research, preferably in a marketing and opinion research institute or within the life sciences industry. Strong project management and client relationship skills are essential, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities in French and English. A good understanding of consulting methodologies and sector challenges is required, and an established professional network in life sciences is a plus.
The Senior Consultant will lead or contribute to consulting projects from conception to delivery, analyzing client needs and proposing tailored, cost-effective, and innovative solutions. They will mentor analysts and consultants, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify key issues, and produce clear, impactful reports for various stakeholders. Responsibilities also include identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, ensuring post-delivery follow-up for client satisfaction, and enhancing expertise within the Center of Excellence.
