Responsibilities

The Composites Technician will fabricate composite structures and components according to engineering drawings and specifications. They will perform lay-up, vacuum bagging, and curing processes while ensuring quality and adherence to project requirements. The technician will operate hand and power tools for cutting and finishing composite parts, conduct quality inspections and tests, and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues. They will maintain a clean work area, document work performed, and assist in the development of new manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
