Requirements

Responsibilities

The Compensation Analyst will serve as a trusted compensation advisor to client groups, partnering with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business leadership. They will design and maintain competitive compensation frameworks and country-specific ranges, conduct market analyses and internal equity assessments to provide recommendations on compensation adjustments, and manage the annual compensation cycle. This role involves evaluating new and existing roles for appropriate job levels and compensation benchmarks, providing input on compensation communications and manager enablement, and contributing to the development of compensation policies, tools, and processes. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal governance, maintaining compensation data integrity, supporting audit and regulatory reporting, and participating in global compensation surveys to analyze market trends, particularly for sales roles.
