Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business administration, or a related field, and have 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. Direct experience processing LATAM contractor payroll and U.S. FTE payroll is required, along with familiarity with tools such as Deel. Strong understanding of LATAM health insurance and labor practices is also necessary, as well as fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits operations across the U.S. and LATAM regions, administering biweekly/monthly payroll, processing variable compensation such as bonuses and commissions, and overseeing health and insurance benefits programs. They will ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, resolve employee benefit issues, maintain accurate HRIS data, support compensation reviews, audits, and benchmarking, and collaborate closely with HRBPs to advise employees on compensation and benefits while researching new offerings to enhance total rewards.
