Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement & Growth:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the online community.
    • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, messages, and comments.
    • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
    • Identify and pursue new marketing and outreach opportunities.
  • Social Media Strategy & Performance Analysis:
    • Oversee social media campaigns and track performance using KPIs.

    • Participate in corporate events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
