The Community Manager will manage customer support inquiries, including refunds, reviews, and replacement requests, respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with the community across social platforms, launch and monitor hourly flash sales and weekly discounts, track performance metrics from paid campaigns and TikTok Seller Center, prepare weekly performance reports for internal social media meetings, and support the brand's fast-growing social presence.
